Phase 3 (PIII)

Incubation develops in Hi-tech tunnels, previously sterilized and disinfected; making sure that the compost is spontaneously penetrated by mycelium, thus obtaining, after 14/15 days, mycelia paste with a white-violet colour, well rooted in the compost, without any foreign element to the blend and ready for SIV.
